Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us, and that time is set aside especially for you. We understand that schedule changes happen. To best serve all of our clients, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or adjustments.
Policy details
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a charge equal to 50% of the service amount.
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled start time, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service amount.
